Processing Time

All orders are meticulously prepared, inspected, and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Please note that processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

  • Complimentary Express Delivery: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes between 8–15 business days, depending on your destination. (Processing time is independent of transit time.)

Order Tracking & Concierge Updates

As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping partners, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow 24–72 hours for initial tracking activity to update as your package enters the global carrier network.

Fulfillment & Logistics

To offer exceptional luxury value and ensure swift dispatch, our inventory is housed across select international fulfillment centers.

  • Multiple Warehouses: Depending on current availability, items in your order may be dispatched from different locations.

  • Split Shipments: In some cases, multi-item purchases (such as a handbag and a pair of shoes) may arrive in separate, individually tracked packages.
